Smart, Fast and Trackable Food Service Management

NEVA Dining Hall Automation is a system that connects multiple dining halls regardless of whether they are located in different districts or cities via internet networks, enabling centralized data collection, reporting, access control through turnstiles, and payment collection based on uploaded balances.

Thanks to card readers installed on the turnstiles:

  • Fees or meal counts are deducted directly from users’ cards.

  • Second card taps are identified as guest entries, and the corresponding guest fee is charged.

  • Guest and scholarship-based access is processed automatically.

  • Charges are automatically deducted based on card group (e.g., Student: 1.75 TL, Staff: 3.5 TL, Associate Professor: 4.0 TL, etc.), and access is granted accordingly.

  • The online system instantly transmits data to the central system and confirms access in real time.

  • The system is fully manageable in real time thanks to its parametric design.

  • It ensures secure access control and accurate fee collection through turnstile integration.
